-Doors cleaned & polished (polished only if wood)

-Vacuum under all furniture cushions & coverings

-Clean inside of all accessible light fixtures

-Clean all accessible ceiling fans

-Clean & polish lamps, pictures & furniture legs

-Clean & disinfect inside oven, refrigerator & drawers

-Clean & organize inside closets & cabinets

-Wash interior windows & exterior of fold in windows

-Vacuum & flip mattresses

Routine House Cleaning

-A complete cleaning of kitchen including inside microwave, sink, counter tops, back splash, range top, grime removal & polishing of dining table & chairs (same attention for any counter top stools), exterior of appliances & cabinets (interior cleaning available for additional cost), baseboards & floors

-Detailed dusting throughout entire house including window frames & sills, decor, surfaces, lamps & light fixtures, shelving, furniture & baseboards

-All floors vacuumed or dust mopped then cleaned, throw rugs shaken & vacuumed, under furniture cushions vacuumed

-Bed linens changed & beds made upon request, bed frames & headboards, dusted, polished & or vacuumed if fabric headboards

-All garbage emptied & placed in trash bin outside

-A complete cleaning of the bathroom including mirrors,

shower, tub, shower glass, sinks, vanity, back splash,

counter tops, toilet, tile walls & finishes polished

Move in/Move out & Market Prep Cleaning

-dust all cobwebs

-clean out closets, cabinets & drawers

-clean windows & sills

-clean markings from walls, trim & baseboards

-clean inside & exterior of appliances

-clean all bathroom surfaces

-clean counter tops in kitchen

-vacuum & wash all floors

-remove all garbage to outside barrel
